Three month rate falls to 1.206 percent.  The Euribor rates fell again, on tuesday, for the tenth session in a row. As stated by the fixing of the European federation of banks.
The three month rate fell to 1.206%, while the rate for six months, which is the prime rate for home mortgages in Portugal, fell to 1.416%. The 12 month rate also fell to 1,586%. The Euribor rates are fixed by the European Federation of Banks, and is based on the median of the rates that these banks are willing to lend money between themselves in the financial markets. |

Our corporate website has been updated and now has a new look and feel to it. With a more modern look to it and new functionalities dedicated to help our clients in the promotion of their properties.
